Vanda Marsh, RN, MSN, CPNP

Vanda Marsh has worked in pediatrics for more than 25 years and has been affiliated with Wheaton Pediatrics since it was founded in 1987. Vanda graduated summa cum laude from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing and graduated with a degree in Nursing from Northern Illinois University. In 2000, she completed her master’s in Nursing and Advanced Practice Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Shortly thereafter, she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. She is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Illinois and an asthma educator certified by the National Asthma Education Certification Board. For nearly two decades, in conjunction with her work at Wheaton Pediatrics, Vanda worked in emergency medicine at Children’s Memorial Hospital. Since 2006, Vanda has traveled to Haiti with Little By Little, a non-profit of Glenview, Ill., which provides medical care to people in need around a rural town called Gramothe. Vanda’s special professional interests include asthma treatment and education and Attention Deficit Disorders. Vanda is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and a fellow of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She has lived in Wheaton with her husband and three daughters for more than 30 years. She enjoys reading, baking, visiting her grandchildren, traveling with her husband and participating in church activities.
